I provide a safe confidential non-judgemental space for my clients to explore their emotions and issues in order to develop coping strategies an improve your overall wellbeing.

Being client-centered, I choose a therapeutic model that works best for my clients. This can range from talking therapy to expressive art therapy. Being eclectic means I draw from any of the following modalities in order to meet clients, at their point of need.

Counselling and supervision are available online or face-to-face.
