Experience

I have more than 12 years’ experience as a Counsellor and tertiary educator, including:

  • Contract work in private practice

  • Church Counselling Centre

  • Clinician at a specialist treatment service working with complex cases

  • Employee assistance programme (EAP)

  • School counselling

  • Lecturer on Diploma of Counseling programme

I regard it as a huge privilege to be invited into a client's world and to journey alongside them.

These experiences also gave me a better understanding of loss-and-grief, relationship complexities, existential issues, workplace issues, reinventing self, physical health issues, the immigration experience and spiritual issues.

As a qualified Supervisor, I draw on all these experiences to offer my support to other professionals in the field.

I work online and face-to-face.
